Protecting Android Ecosystem

The App Defense Alliance focuses on protecting users by preventing threats from reaching their devices and improving app quality across the ecosystem. Roman will talk about the current state of the ADA and how collaboration between security companies helps prevent malicious apps from being published on Google Play.

Roman will present how Google’s Android Malware Research team extended the MITRE ATT&CK framework with more granularity to better describe malicious behaviors and how the team uses it to prioritize improvements in malware detection.
